SKM Design Hub is based in Gulberg Town, Karachi, and works directly with builders and housing societies across the city. Every project starts with the same input — a plot size, a set of drawings and a category — and moves through modeling, rendering and delivery as one continuous process, run in-house.
The output changes with the brief: a single elevation still for a 5 Marla house, a full animation and exhibition package for a housing society launch, or standalone 3D product models for a clubhouse or facade element.
